Events leave the map. The night doesn't have to.
When an event is over it comes off the map — but the photos and clips from it stay with you, saved privately to the events you went to.

Vezo sends people to places in the real world, so what gets onto the map matters. Here is what we actually do about it.

Photos are reviewed
Every uploaded photo is checked before it can appear anywhere in the app.

Report and block
Events, posts and comments can be reported in two taps, and anyone can be blocked from contacting you.

Rules that are enforced
Fake events, spam, scams, harassment and unsafe content aren't allowed. Accounts that break the rules are suspended.

Events can't vanish
An event with people attending can't be quietly deleted out from under them.
Some listings are imported from third parties, including Ticketmaster, SeatGeek and Funcheap SF. Vezo can't guarantee the safety, legitimacy or accuracy of every event — check the details with the organiser, use your judgement, and report anything that looks wrong.
Privacy
Location when you need it. Not when you don't.
Vezo doesn't collect continuous location, and there's no background tracking. The optional "locate me" on the map stays on your device.

Sharing is opt-in
Sharing your location at an event is off until you turn it on, limited to the audience you pick, and expires within two minutes unless you refresh it. It stops on its own when the event ends.

Less about you
No legal name, home address, phone number, gender or contacts. We don't sell personal information.

Delete your account any time from Settings, with email verification.

What is Vezo?
A map-first app for finding events near you. Instead of scrolling a directory, you see what's happening around you on a map, open anything that looks good, and say you're going.
Where can I use it?
Vezo covers San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley and the rest of the Bay Area. It's currently a Bay Area beta, so features may change.
Do I need an account?
Not to look around, and not to say you're going — that takes one tap and no sign-up. You'll need an account for friends, posting, and creating events of your own.
Can I create an event?
Yes. Name it, drop a pin and pick a time. You choose whether it's public for the whole Bay Area or invite-only, and it comes with a guest list, co-hosts and a chat room.
Does Vezo track my location?
No. Vezo doesn't collect continuous location and doesn't track you in the background. The optional "locate me" on the map stays on your device.

You must be at least 13 to use Vezo. See the Terms of Service.
What is Vezo Pro?
An optional subscription — $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year, starting with a 7-day free trial. It adds event themes, smart alerts for the categories you follow, a boosted map pin, organiser analytics, a higher event-creation limit, and profile themes. Everything else in Vezo is free.
